Player Directory
The Player Directory is comprised of a subset of your contacts who are members or subs of any clubs you direct or manage. You can search for entries in your contacts and have them added automatically, or you can view your contacts and select players in groups.

From any of the primary views, select the Players Icon at the bottom of the screen.
Touch the menu icon in top right corner
Select Add Player
Type given and family names, the whole name will show at the top of the screen.
Enter a screen name. If you don't enter a screen name, one will be created for you. This name is the name that will be placed into a seat when you select the player for a match.
All other information is optional, but if you don't add an email address the player cannot be selected to send an email. If you have more than one email address for a player, the first one will be used for emails sent by the program.
Deleting Players from the Directory
You can delete a player from the directory by swiping to the right on the players name. A Red Delete Button will appear on the right. Touch the red button , and the selected player will be deleted.

Matches
From the Players List View
Touch the Menu button in the top right corner.
Touch Find/Add Contact
In the Search Bar, Type a few letters of the name of the contact you are looking for. A list of matching entries will appear. Touch the one you are looking for and it will be added to the Player Directory for you.

Touch the Menu button in the top right corner.
Touch Add Players from Contacts
All of your contacts will be listed alphabetically.
At the top left, you can choose <Lists, to narrow to just a group of contacts which previously added to a list.
Touch the selection circle next to each player that you want to import into your player lists.
Touch Done. All selected contacts will be added to the Player Directory
